Impact, Communication & Dissemination · est. Lund, Sweden
Impact isn’t communicated.
It’s engineered.
Polaris Impact is a boutique agency built for Horizon Europe consortia. We design Communication, Dissemination & Exploitation strategy with the rigour of a scientific method — and the craft of a creative studio.
Evidence over rhetoric
A practice built on coordinated, peer-reviewed work — not promises.
Figures reflect engagements delivered by the Polaris Impact team, including prior consultancy roles. We do not publish unverified metrics, undeclared hit-rates, or fabricated funding totals.
What is Polaris Impact?
Polaris Impact is a boutique Horizon Europe consultancy in Lund, Sweden. We design winning Impact sections, write HEU proposals, and run Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation for EU research consortia. Our proprietary methodology — ARTIS™ — is the canonical five-stage framework for Impact Pathway design used by our consortia across 32 EU and associated countries.
What we do
Five practices.
One platform.
A boutique agency and an Impact Intelligence platform. Five tightly coupled practices running on a shared operating system — ARTIS™ — and a shared dashboard, NORTHSIGHT™.
Research Funding Consulting
Strategy and writing for Horizon Europe, EIT, MSCA, EIC and partnership instruments. We join consortia early — as co-designers of the Impact Pathway, not as last-minute editors.
Impact Measurement & Evaluation
The ARTIS™ operating system for CDE: Alignment, Resonance, Targeting, Intelligence, Sustainability. Evidence-based KPI design, audience intelligence, and EC-compliant reporting across RP1 and RP2.
Art & Science
Creative practice meets scientific rigour. We design public-facing moments — exhibitions, installations, editorial formats — that translate research into cultural relevance without diluting its substance.
The method
ARTIS™ — the operating system for research impact.
A proprietary five-stage methodology developed for Horizon Europe consortia. It turns Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation from a reporting obligation into a measurable engine of change.
Clarifying who must change, in what way, and why it matters — before a single asset is produced.
Crafting narrative and creative form that lands with each audience — reviewers, policymakers, peers, publics.
Routing each message through the channels and intermediaries that actually carry decision-making weight.
Instrumented measurement — evidence libraries, KPI frameworks, stakeholder mapping, and RP-ready reporting.
Designing exploitation routes, IP strategy and valorisation pathways that outlast the project’s funding window.
Selected work
Three programmes.
Three impact pathways.
SUMO — Shared Urban Mobility
Impact narrative and stakeholder engagement for a pan-European mobility programme coordinated with TU Berlin.
TANGO — GNSS Tomography
Exploitation strategy and a roadmap toward national meteorological adoption of tropospheric GNSS products.
EJP SOIL — Soil Knowledge
Dissemination architecture and policy translation for a 24-country joint programme on climate-smart sustainable agriculture.
Our posture
An agency’s craft. A scientist’s method.
We are a senior-only team of communicators, analysts and designers who have coordinated and written Horizon Europe proposals. We speak the language of reviewers because we have been reviewers.
Every engagement runs on a shared evidence base: an Impact Pathway, a KPI framework, and an audience ledger that outlives the reporting cycle. No generic dashboards. No stock content. No borrowed templates.
