Abstract radial diagram for SUMO
Case 01 EIT Urban Mobility

SUMO — Shared Urban Mobility.

A pan-European programme coordinated with TU Berlin, working at the intersection of shared mobility, data governance and urban policy. Polaris Impact led the Impact narrative and stakeholder engagement across thirteen partner cities.

The brief: translate a complex multi-city demonstrator into a coherent story for policymakers, transport authorities and investor audiences — without flattening the technical nuance that made the programme credible to its peer community.

Abstract GNSS tomography grid for TANGO
Case 02Horizon Europe · Geodesy

TANGO — GNSS Tomography.

A specialist geodesy consortium developing tropospheric tomography from GNSS signals for weather and climate modelling. Polaris Impact built the exploitation strategy and the roadmap toward national meteorological adoption.

The challenge was not reach — the science was already well known to its peer community. It was uptake: moving a research-grade product into operational use at European national meteorological services. ARTIS™ Sustainability drove the work.

Role
Exploitation lead, valorisation roadmap

Abstract earth-toned strata for EJP SOIL
Case 03European Joint Programme

EJP SOIL — Soil knowledge.

A 24-country European Joint Programme on climate-smart sustainable agricultural soil management. Polaris Impact designed and delivered the dissemination architecture, knowledge-sharing events, and policy translation across the programme’s ten scientific research projects.

The work demanded translation across three languages of authority: peer-reviewed science, agricultural practice, and EU policy. Each audience required its own channel, cadence and register — designed in Resonance, routed in Targeting, measured in Intelligence.

Role
Dissemination & policy translation

Abstract geodetic grid and concentric rings for GATHERS
Case 04H2020 Twinning · Widening · Geospatial

A Widening university rewritten as a European geospatial leader.

A H2020 Twinning proposal for Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences — Institute of Geodesy and Geoinformatics (IGG) — positioned against elite European partners and ranked #1 on the call list with an evaluation score of 15/15.

Polaris Impact shaped the proposal architecture and twinning strategy, expanding IGG from a GNSS-only profile into a multi-technique programme covering ground-deformation and seismicity monitoring — with a twinning network of two leading EU Member State institutions and a platform for follow-on H2020 and Horizon Europe applications.

A Central European institute reshaped into a top-tier European research partner — and a playbook we now apply across the Widening space.

Case 05Horizon Europe · WIDERA · Twinning

Building Central Europe’s consumer-behaviour research centre.

A €1.5M Horizon Europe Twinning award coordinated by Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences (UPWr) — selected from 391 proposals competing for €149M in total budget in the first Horizon Europe Twinning call.

Polaris Impact developed the proposal and consortium design, building a five-country partnership across Spain (Universidad Miguel Hernández, Basque Culinary Center), Denmark (Syddansk Universitet), Italy (Redinn) and Poland — with a roadmap to establish UPWr’s Consumer Behaviour Centre as a new CEE hub for sensory science.

A highly competitive Twinning win that seeded a permanent international research centre — and demonstrated our Widening playbook beyond GATHERS.
