Our work begins with the call interpretation, proceeds through consortium architecture and work-package logic, and ends with a proposal that can pass a senior reviewer’s desk without an editorial second pass. Where useful, we also support rebuttal strategy and RP1 / RP2 amendments.

Impact Measurement
& Evaluation.

The ARTIS™ operating system for CDE — Alignment, Resonance, Targeting, Intelligence, Sustainability. It is the practice that turns Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation from a reporting obligation into a measurable engine of change.

We design KPI frameworks that survive rapporteur scrutiny, run stakeholder intelligence against an audience ledger, and deliver evidence libraries that feed directly into Periodic Reports. Our NORTHSIGHT™ platform (in development) is being built to accelerate evidence capture and cross-project benchmarking.

Art &
Science.

Creative practice applied with scientific discipline. We design public-facing moments — exhibitions, installations, residencies, editorial formats — that translate research into cultural relevance without diluting its substance.

This is not decorative outreach. It is a deliberate channel: a way to reach audiences that policy briefings cannot, and to produce cultural artefacts that outlive the funding cycle. Every intervention is scoped, measured and reported against the project’s Impact Pathway.

Management of Art &
Science Programmes.

Designing and running artist-in-residence, sci-art, and cross-disciplinary programmes that make research legible, moving, and memorable.

We build and operate Art & Science programmes end-to-end — from curatorial brief to final exhibition. Artist-in-residence formats embedded inside research consortia, public-facing commissions, sci-art publications, and immersive installations that translate technical findings into experiences policymakers, industry, and citizens actually remember. We handle artist selection, contracting, logistics, mentoring, and the evaluation frameworks that turn cultural work into measurable CDE outcomes for Horizon Europe and EIC reporting.

Research
Policymaking.

Translating research evidence into policy briefs, consultation responses, and decision-maker engagement that actually moves institutions.

Research only becomes policy when someone does the translation work. We design policymaking strategies for European research consortia: mapping the relevant EU, national, and regional decision-makers; drafting policy briefs calibrated for each audience; writing consultation responses to European Commission roadmaps and mission boards; and organising private roundtables that convert technical findings into institutional change. Every engagement is linked to a measurable policy outcome — cited evidence, adopted recommendation, regulation shaped.

NORTHSIGHT™ is our forthcoming Impact Intelligence platform — purpose-built for Horizon Europe project coordinators. It unifies dissemination reach, stakeholder engagement, and societal outcomes into a single live dashboard, with EC-compliant reporting exports and continuous, data-driven optimisation at every project stage. Built directly on the ARTIS™ methodology, NORTHSIGHT™ is the operational layer that turns impact strategy into weekly decisions.
